Job Description:

Join a specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to provide essential nursing care during night shifts. This role involves careful care planning, administering medications, monitoring physiological changes, and addressing the psychosocial needs of neonates. You'll also be involved in educating and training the families of the tiniest patients. The position offers the unique opportunity to supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary staff, and you'll gain cross-training experience by floating to Pediatric units, making this a versatile and rewarding assignment.
