Job Description:

Join us for an engaging travel healthcare contract in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, where you'll work 8-hour day shifts, providing essential support in the PACU. This assignment offers a blend of challenging cases and the opportunity to refine your skills in a focused environment. You'll be responsible for monitoring post-anesthesia patients, ensuring smooth recoveries, and managing patient flow. The role features a 40-hour workweek, with weekend on-call duties approximately every sixth or seventh weekend—sometimes during low census periods, including the possibility of being on call with a minimum two-hour callback. The position requires active Wisconsin licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and a minimum of two years PACU experience, with charting on Epic. It’s a contract well-suited to dependable, compassionate professionals prepared to adapt and thrive under varying census levels. The contract duration is 13 weeks, starting as soon as possible.
