Job Description:

Join a reputable short-term acute care facility as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist, supporting a busy neurovascular and vascular IR team. In this role, you'll scrub cases involving endografts, neurovascular procedures, trauma interventions, and body IR, including stroke thrombectomy procedures at a facility known for its expertise in stroke care. The schedule features 8-hour daytime shifts, with the possibility of being on call one day a week, including weekends every third or fourth week. This assignment offers a chance to work with GE and Siemens fluoroscopy rooms and to handle a caseload of 10-15 cases per shift, providing plenty of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable scrubbing cases, familiar with wires, and have at least two years of IR tech experience. First-time travelers are welcome, though local candidates residing at least 50 miles away from South Bend, Indiana, are preferred. Active state licenses are required to begin, and travel experience is beneficial. This assignment offers an enriching opportunity to enhance your IR skills in a vibrant and challenging setting.
