Job Description:

This LVN / LPN travel assignment places you in a vibrant subacute and long-term care environment, where you will float across various units including household settings, subacute rehab, and specialized pulmonary and memory care units. Expect a hands-on role that involves monitoring patients with complex needs, assisting with wound care, respiratory support, and dementia care. You’ll be a key player during overnight hours, ensuring continuous care in a fast-paced setting that demands both skill and adaptability.
