Job Description:

Join Lincoln Hospital as a Surgical Technologist (CST) specializing in endoscopy and surgical instrument processing. This contract role involves supporting the second-floor surgery department, primarily focusing on minimally invasive procedures like laparoscopic bowel resections and joint surgeries. You’ll be responsible for preparing and sterilizing instruments using the Advantage system, performing endoscopy reprocessing with Olympus equipment, and handling sterile processing duties during low-volume on-call moments. The position offers a chance to work in a collaborative setting, where your expertise in sterile techniques and endoscopy will directly contribute to efficient surgical workflows.
