Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Neuro Medical Surgical RN and experience the challenge and reward of providing specialized care within a Level II Trauma Center. This role involves managing patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, post-neuro surgery recovery, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. You'll be expected to perform cardiac monitoring, use telemetry equipment, and respond to emergencies with rapid response teams. Your expertise in managing surgical drains, GI care, IV therapy, and respiratory support will be essential to ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to build hands-on experience in a teaching hospital setting while working night shifts with a manageable 3x12 or 4x12 schedule. It’s an engaging position designed to test and grow your skills in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.
