Job Description:

Join Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, WI, as an ICU RN for a 13-week traveling contract with a flexible 12-hour shift schedule, primarily nights. This role involves working in a 22-bed ICU setting, managing high-acuity patients including cases of sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac conditions. You will float to assist on Medical-Surgical units when needed, and be part of a team that handles patient ratios no higher than 1:2, based on acuity. Expect to work every other weekend and holiday rotations. Certification in NIHSS is preferred, with required active RN or Compact license and BLS. This assignment promises guaranteed hours of 36-48 per week, with potential for additional hours during holidays, offering a comprehensive experience in a vibrant hospital environment.
