Job Description:

Join this surgical services team in Nashville for a 13-week travel contract as an Operating Room RN. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., providing care in a busy 17-bed OR unit that handles a variety of cases including neuro, trauma, transplant, ortho, GYN, urology, plastics, vascular, and more. This role offers the chance to gain experience across multiple specialties and procedures, including robotic and hybrid surgeries, with the potential to float between ORs but not locations. Prior travel experience is required, and the schedule may include weekends to meet unit needs. The facility operates in a Level 1 trauma environment, handling both inpatient and outpatient procedures, and you'll be essential in supporting a fast-paced, diverse surgical team. You will be part of a rewarding environment where your skills directly contribute to patient outcomes in complex surgeries.
