Job Description:

Join a highly regarded ICU team caring for patients with complex cardiovascular and surgical conditions in a 16-bed ICU at a reputable hospital in Marshfield. This 12-hour night shift position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team, including intensivists, RTs, and charge nurses, in a setting where high-acuity patient management is the norm. You’ll be responsible for titrating drips such as epi, norepi, propofol, Precedex, vaso, and more, while caring for post-op heart patients, trauma, vascular, neurosurgery, and general surgery cases. With a focus on high-level critical care, you’ll experience a well-organized environment with advanced equipment including vents, BiPAP, and Vapotherm, and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. This role is perfect for ICU RNs with strong critical care experience who are comfortable with high-acuity patients, titratable drips, and telemetry monitoring.
