Job Description:

Join Floyd Valley Healthcare as a Staff RN specializing in Labor and Delivery, with additional duties in Med-Surg. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a recognized critical access hospital known for excellence. You will primarily work obstetrics, providing care to mothers during labor and delivery, with the flexibility to cover med-surg units when needed. You’ll also have the opportunity to take on Charge RN shifts, demonstrating leadership during your night shifts. Expect 12-hour weekday night shifts as well as weekend and holiday coverage on a rotation basis. Without the expectation of call, this assignment provides a balanced work schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of new moms and families.
