Job Description:

This respiratory therapy role involves working primarily in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), providing essential respiratory and neuro diagnostics support for newborns and young children. You'll be responsible for conducting respiratory assessments, managing ventilators, and supporting neuro diagnostics procedures, all while rotating through NICU and PICU units as needed. The position features a structured 3x12-hour night shift schedule, allowing for memorable evening sunsets and early mornings. This assignment offers a chance to refine specialized skills in neonatal and pediatric settings, with a work experience that’s as meaningful as it is challenging. Expect to collaborate closely with a dedicated team focused on the care and comfort of vulnerable little patients. The role is perfect for respiratory therapists with at least two years of NICU/PICU experience who are comfortable working every other weekend and holding current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NBRC RRT credentials.
