Job Description:

This RN contract position based in Deming, NM, offers a full-time schedule with 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. The role involves providing critical nursing care in the Emergency Department, where you'll utilize your expertise to ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care. Expect a rewarding experience where your critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership will be essential for planning and implementing effective patient care strategies. With a focus on maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education, you'll also have the opportunity to be a guiding presence for your team. Note that all travel submissions require at least 2 years of recent travel experience and prior travel experience, as local candidates will not be considered. This assignment is part of a PWP facility, meaning payment is contingent upon facility payments to the agency.
