Job Description:

Join a focused psychiatric nursing team at a 12-hour night shift, providing care on a dedicated Behavioral Health Unit within a well-established hospital in Gallatin, Tennessee. As an RN in this role, you will be responsible for supporting adults with conditions such as Alzheimer's, behavioral disturbances, depression, and suicidal ideation. Your work will involve managing a small patient census with a 1:6 ratio, collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals, and potentially flexing into medical-surgical floors when needed.
