Job Description:

Join a high-intensity medical-surgical unit at Renown Regional Medical Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract. This role involves providing comprehensive bedside care in a 38-bed unit specializing in orthopedic and neurosurgery patients, many of whom are recovering from joint replacements and spine surgeries. The 10-hour night shifts (1845 - 0715) are perfect for those who prefer a nocturnal routine. Expect to be involved in assessing, planning, and executing individualized care plans, all while working alongside a skilled team committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes. Please note, floating to other units may occur, and working some holidays is required, with a guarantee of 36 hours weekly for 40 hours of commitment. This assignment offers the chance to experience a fast-paced environment that handles trauma, stroke, and complex surgical cases—making it both challenging and rewarding.
