Job Description:

Join our team as a PACU Registered Nurse and experience a fast-paced recovery environment where your skills in post-anesthesia care will be vital. This role involves managing patients emerging from surgery in a dedicated PACU setting, with shifts varying between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, some extending longer if patient needs dictate. You'll collaborate with a team of skilled nurses overseeing patient recovery, ensuring safety and comfort during critical moments. This assignment offers just enough variety with occasional on-call shifts that keep you alert and engaged, making each day uniquely challenging and rewarding.

Job Specifics:

Location: Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Shift: 8-hour days, primarily from 07:00 to 15:00 with variations including 07:00-15:00, 07:30-16:00, 08:30-17:00, 09:30-18:00, and on-call shifts. The on-call shifts may extend based on patient needs, with 1-2 weeknight call shifts every two weeks and one weekend every 8-10 weeks (Friday through Monday mornings). The assignment duration is approximately 13 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The estimated gross weekly pay is $2,275.20.
