Job Description:

Join this fast-paced Intermediate Care Unit as a registered nurse for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be providing care to intermediate medical and surgical patients, handling complex cases including post-op recovery, diabetic teaching, and wound management. This role involves interpreting cardiac dysrhythmias, managing IV insulin protocols, and responding to emergencies with rapid response teams. Simulation of a high-energy, quick-turnover environment, this assignment offers a chance to hone your telemetry and critical care skills in a tertiary care, level I trauma hospital. Expect to float within scope to different departments as needed, and work alongside a team committed to delivering quality patient care amid a vibrant hospital setting.
