Job Description:

Step into a rewarding role on a MedSurg Step-Down unit where you'll manage a diverse adult patient load requiring specialized care beyond the general medical-surgical floor. Working 12-hour night shifts, you'll interpret dysrhythmias, manage airway support with nasal cannulas and non-invasive devices, and respond swiftly to rapid response or code team alerts. Charting in EPIC and maintaining strict isolation precautions are routine parts of your shift. This is a fast-paced environment that combines clinical expertise with compassionate patient interaction, all while enjoying the opportunity to experience the unique rhythm of a tertiary care hospital setting.
