Job Description:

This travel assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work on a Medical-Surgical Stroke Stepdown unit in Utica, NY. As a nurse specializing in stroke and neurological care, you'll be responsible for managing adult patients with conditions like altered mental status, renal issues, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, and other pulmonary concerns. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, providing a stable routine with the chance to experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere during your time off. Expect to utilize essential equipment such as IV pumps, feeding tubes, and N/G tubes, all while contributing your expertise in a fast-paced, yet rewarding environment.
