Job Description:

Join a specialized Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU where you'll be part of a team caring for young patients with complex heart conditions. This role involves providing expert bedside nursing in a high-stakes environment, focusing on infants and children recovering from cardiac surgeries and interventions. You'll experience a shift structure of 12-hour night shifts, allowing for many peaceful mornings off. The assignment is perfect for nurses with at least two years of Pediatric CVICU experience, holding current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications. Expect a patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 during ICU status, and 1:3 in stepdown or non-ICU settings.
