Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding inpatient physical therapy contract where you'll be part of a busy hospital team providing care across various settings, including ortho, ICU, general med, and oncology units. This 20-week assignment offers a chance to work with a manageable caseload of 7-10 patients daily, applying your expertise to help patients regain their strength and mobility. The role features 8-hour daytime shifts from 8am to 4:30pm, with weekend and holiday rotations as needed—and no on-call duties. Your experience in inpatient care will be vital as you navigate different patient populations and treatment plans, all while contributing to a collaborative, supportive environment. Prior travel experience is preferred, but not required, and local applicants are also encouraged to apply. To get started, you’ll need to secure an active Connecticut license before your first day. This position involves mandatory overtime, seamlessly integrating you into the hospital’s staffing rotation to ensure patient needs are always met.
