Job Description:

Join a major hospital in Fargo as an Operating Room RN for a travel contract that offers the chance to work in a bustling setting with over 25 OR suites and an impressive caseload of 75 to 100 cases daily. You'll be circulating during a variety of surgical procedures, including general, neuro, ortho, GYN, and urology, with exposure to advanced robotics such as DaVinci. This role involves prepping patients, managing sterile supplies, positioning, documenting procedures electronically, and setting up specialized equipment like cautery, lasers, laparoscopic tools, and Stealth navigation systems. The work is fast-paced and rewarding, offering a real taste of complex surgical environments. Expect to be on a rotating schedule with 8 to 10-hour shifts, including some extended hours and call requirements.
