Job Description:

Embark on a rewarding journey in the NICU Level III setting, where you'll play a vital role in caring for the tiniest patients—preemies and neonates requiring specialized attention. This 12-hour night shift offers an engaging experience with varied patient acuity levels, requiring you to be very comfortable with advanced neonatal care, including ventilator management and HFOV. You'll thrive in a team-oriented environment, floating between well-baby nursery and NICU units, collaborating with neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists. Expect to admit NICU patients, assist with complex procedures, and follow established protocols while supporting fragile neonates with compassion and precision. This assignment is a prime opportunity to utilize your NICU expertise amidst a facility that prioritizes patient safety and professional growth.
