Job Description:

Join a Medical Surgical unit as a Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, where you'll take on 12-hour day shifts that run for approximately 13 weeks. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with scope for charge pay bumps, increasing your hourly rate by $3.00. You'll be responsible for managing post-operative patients, including those in negative-airflow rooms, and may have floating responsibilities across Med-Surg, PCU, and ICU levels of care. With a minimum of two years of experience and Level 1 Trauma experience preferred, you'll be a key player in providing quality patient care. Expect to work every other weekend and to contribute to charge nurse duties as needed, with training provided. The role stresses compliance with COVID vaccination policies and emphasizes the importance of communication and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
