Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Medical Surgical RN on a 12-hour night shift at an acute care hospital in Alton, Illinois. This position offers an opportunity to work in a facility with 158 beds, where you'll be responsible for providing patient care in a fast-paced environment from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Most needs are Monday through Thursday with rotating days off, and you'll be working a consistent 36-hour week across three days. The assignment is perfect for those who enjoy a structured schedule and want to gain valuable experience in a supportive setting. Expect to handle patient needs within your scope, float as necessary within the service line, and bring your BLS certification along to meet hospital requirements. Most importantly, your focus will be on delivering excellent care in a setting that values professionalism and teamwork.
