Job Description:

Join a busy stepdown unit where you'll be managing a diverse mix of patients ranging from young adults to geriatrics. This role involves actively participating in the admitting and discharging processes within short time frames, while maintaining a focus on teamwork and positive patient interactions. You'll be responsible for titrating multiple IV drips, interpreting telemetry strips, and coordinating care during high patient flow periods.
