Job Description:

Join this exciting MedSurg/Tele RN contract at a respected hospital in Shelby, North Carolina, where you'll be providing vital care to a diverse patient population with diagnoses ranging from cardiac to respiratory and neuro conditions. This role immerses you in a fast-paced, observation-focused unit that demands proficiency in cardiac monitoring, non-titrating cardiac drips, and general medical/surgical skills such as wound care, IV starts, and blood product administration. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts in a community that combines Southern charm with professional fulfillment. While the setting is primarily a medical-surgical unit, your expertise will support a wide range of patient needs and you'll have access to support from experienced staff including charge nurses, phlebotomy, RT, and hospitalist teams.
