Job Description:

Join a reputable short-term acute care hospital in Lancaster, SC, as a Medical Surgical RN on a 12-week night shift contract. This role involves working 4 nights per week, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with an option for 3 shifts if preferred. As a Med/Surg RN, you'll manage a patient load with ratios of 1:6 to 1:7, providing critical bedside care in a facility that values your expertise. You'll have the opportunity to work within an electronic charting system and participate in staff meetings, ensuring you stay aligned with team goals.
