Job Description:

This RN Case Manager position offers a hands-on opportunity to coordinate patient care in an acute hospital setting. You'll utilize your Acute Care expertise and Epic charting experience while working five days a week on an 8-hour day shift. The role involves managing complex cases, navigating the Epic system, and floating within scope as needed to meet the facility's needs. This assignment is ideal for a licensed RN who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in a Level II Trauma Center designated by US News & World Report.
