Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as an ICU RN (Registered Nurse) in Roanoke, VA, where you'll work across all ICU and PCU units, providing critical care during 3x12-hour night shifts. This float position involves managing arterial lines, central and PICC lines, ventilated patients, and administering medications, including IV sedation and emergency meds. You'll chart using EPIC, respond to staffing needs re-evaluated every four hours, and work approximately 36 hours per week on a 13-week contract. Expect a fast-paced setting that requires adaptability and clinical expertise in a large Level 1/2 facility with a patient ratio of 2:1 in ICU and 5:1 in PCU.
