Job Description:

This CVICU Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to work with a team handling complex post-operative cardiac cases, including fresh hearts, ventilated patients, and chest tubes. You'll be responsible for managing patients with conditions like renal failure and assisting with devices such as Impella, IABP, and CRRT using Prismax. The role involves night shifts in a specialized, fast-paced environment where floating to all ICU areas, PACU, ED, and IMC units is required. Expect to use skills in post-op open heart recovery, Swan, Flotrack, Temp Pacers, Alines, and Chest Tubes. The assignment provides an opportunity for experienced CVICU RNs to showcase their expertise in a dynamic setting that rewards attention to detail and adaptability.
