Job Description:

Join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at a renowned teaching hospital in Charlotte, NC. This contract position involves caring for critically ill newborns in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. As an RN, you'll manage a variety of complex cases such as respiratory distress syndrome, congenital heart defects, seizures, and infections, providing specialized care that demands expertise in invasive lines, ventilator management, and critical care protocols. The structured shift schedule includes 12-hour days, with weekend rotations and holiday coverage, offering a dynamic yet rewarding experience in neonatal intensive care.
