Job Description:

Join our Neonatal ICU team in Charlotte, NC, for a rewarding travel nursing experience working 12-hour day shifts. This assignment places you in a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center, where you'll be supporting a busy unit caring for critically ill newborns with complex conditions such as respiratory distress syndrome, congenital heart defects, and neuro issues. Expect high acuity situations, requiring strong clinical skills in invasive line management, ventilator protocols, and monitoring equipment like ICP and temp devices. The role offers an engaging opportunity to work with a collaborative team of intensivists, residents, and unit staff, and utilizes Epic EMR for documentation.
