Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team as a Travel NICU RN, providing critical care to babies in a Level 3 unit known for its advanced support equipment such as CPAP, vents, and UVC lines. This role involves three to four 12-hour night shifts per week, with a flexible weekend schedule that may include every third weekend or more if you’re willing. You’ll support deliveries when needed and contribute to developmental care for fragile infants, all while working in a facility with a high census of neonatal patients. Expect to collaborate closely with a team of approximately 50 nurses, therapists, and social workers, in a setting that emphasizes quality and compassionate care. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to utilize your experience in neonatal intensive care with minimal on-call duties, as a standby process is in place for unexpected census fluctuations.
