Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in the operating room at Mercy Hospital Joplin, working 12-hour day shifts. In this role, you'll be assisting in surgical procedures across a variety of specialties within an 11-room OR complex. Your focus will be on supporting a patient-centered environment, utilizing the nursing process to prepare patients, monitor anesthesia, and ensure safety throughout each procedure. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable OR experience, working alongside skilled staff in a well-equipped facility that handles a diverse range of surgeries. Your attention to detail and professional accountability will contribute directly to positive patient outcomes in this busy surgical setting.
