Job Description:

Join a reputable acute care hospital in St. Louis as a Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse during overnight 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you will monitor cardiac rhythms, read EKGs, and oversee cardiac medications and drips—no titration involved.
