Job Description:

Join Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be part of a dedicated team providing mental health care across multiple age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. In this role, you'll work the night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., delivering both direct patient care and coordinating nursing activities on a unit that serves patients with diagnoses such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety. This assignment offers a chance to experience the unique rhythms of behavioral health treatment in a setting equipped with Cerner EHR and staffed with compassionate shift supervisors. You'll develop nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth discharge planning and continuous communication on patient progress. With a focus on both adult and pediatric populations, this position provides a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in mental health recovery.

Shift: 12-hour Night Shifts, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
