Job Description:

Join a rewarding psychiatric nursing role at Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital in Holyoke. As an RN on the night shift, you will oversee the care of adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients, managing diagnoses such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety. Your evenings will be spent developing and implementing care plans, communicating changes in patient conditions with the interdisciplinary team, and participating in discharge planning. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple age groups in a facility with a varied patient population, providing experience with both adult and pediatric mental health needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with shift supervisors and the development of evidence-based care strategies.
