Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding travel healthcare contract on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at TriStar StoneCrest in Smyrna, TN. You'll be responsible for caring for patients recovering from procedures like catheterizations, managing advanced pulmonary treatments, and performing medication titrations—all while ensuring best practices for post-cath care, including TR band management. The role offers front-row seats to a busy unit with a 4:1 patient ratio, modern equipment such as GE monitors and Nova glucometers, and a focus on clear communication and compassionate patient interaction. This position requires a positive attitude and teamwork to navigate the unique challenges of the PCU environment, all while collaborating with a dedicated staff that values innovation and excellence.
