Job Description:

Join a dedicated medical-surgical unit at Deaconess Gateway for a 13-week RN contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting focusing on medical and surgical patients with a diverse case mix. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of solid Med/Surg experience, including recent EPIC charting proficiency, and be comfortable managing complex assessments, IV therapies, and wound care. You’ll work alongside experienced charge nurses and be part of a team committed to excellence, all while navigating a unit where resilient, adaptable professionals thrive.
