Job Description:

Join this rewarding travel assignment on the 4th Floor East Wing, where you'll support adult and pediatric patients with conditions like CVA, TIA, COVID, and more. As a PCU RN, your days require a steady hand managing a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio during 12-hour night shifts. The unit offers a collaborative team environment with dedicated educators, social workers, dieticians, and physical and occupational therapists to help you deliver seamless patient care. This role emphasizes responsiveness and efficiency—think of it as juggling the business of the day while providing excellent care in a close-knit team setting. Unique features include telemetry, mechanical lifts in select rooms, and a focus on hourly rounding. Bring your certifications in ACLS and BLS, and your ability to quickly adapt to telemetry and EMR systems like EPIC. Being proactive, flexible, and able to manage both routine and unexpected challenges will make you an ideal fit for this assignment.
