Job Description:

Step into a Labor & Delivery RN role that combines the tranquility of night shifts with the excitement of caring for a diverse obstetric and neonatal population. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every third weekend off. Your responsibilities include managing labor and delivery patients, postpartum care, triage, antepartum assessments, and caring for newborns in both the normal and special care nurseries. Expect to handle infant IV starts, manage high flow oxygen, and support infants born at or beyond 36 weeks gestation. This assignment offers a hands-on experience in a 6-bed LDRP setting that emphasizes teamwork and clinical expertise, all while enjoying a setting that encourages professional growth in a stable, welcoming community.
