Job Description:

Join our team for an exciting ER travel assignment in Yuma, Arizona, where you'll be working in a Level 3 trauma center with a busy environment that handles approximately 200 patients per day. This role offers 12-hour day shifts, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over a 13-week duration. The ER features 52 beds, 4 trauma bays, and dedicated Fast Track and triage areas to keep the flow moving. As an ER nurse, you'll be responsible for managing a wide variety of emergency cases, administering ICU gtts, and collaborating with ED physicians, mid-level providers, and support staff. The unit operates with shared schedules and infrequent last-minute floating, offering stability and predictability during your assignment. Your expertise in Epic EMR, trauma experience within the past three years, and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment. This position provides opportunities to work with state-of-the-art equipment such as Glidescope, Hamilton vents, and Phillips ventilators, all while thriving in a team-oriented setting that values flexibility and professionalism.
