Job Description:

Join our emergency department team as a travel RN for a Level 1 trauma center in Peoria, IL, where every shift offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population—from newborns to the elderly—with a wide range of complaints. You’ll be responsible for managing critically ill patients, including those experiencing cardiac arrests, strokes, and trauma cases, often titrating various drips like vasopressors and antihypertensives. This role immerses you in a fast-paced environment, requiring proficiency in advanced monitoring and immediate intervention, while also offering moments of teamwork with charge nurses, techs, and respiratory therapists. The focus is on delivering exceptional care in a challenging yet rewarding setting, with ample opportunity to hone your skills in a vibrant and critical care environment.
