Job Description:

Join a NICU team caring for some of the most vulnerable newborns in a Level 3 facility. This role involves managing complex cases such as preemies from 22 weeks and up, congenital defects, and respiratory issues like PPHN and CDH. As a NICU RN on night shifts, you will be responsible for titrating drips like fentanyl and Morphine, troubleshooting ventilators including Vents and High Flow systems, and collaborating with neonatologists and APNs available 24/7. This assignment offers an opportunity to work in a highly skilled environment with a mix of patient acuity and advanced neonatal equipment, all while experiencing a schedule that allows for efficient self-scheduling over 12-hour night shifts.
