Job Description:

This travel RN position in the ER/ED setting offers a chance to work in a Level II Trauma Center with 11 beds and 2 trauma rooms. You'll be responsible for managing a typical patient volume of around 58 patients per day, providing care across all ESI levels. The shift is a 12-hour midschedule, giving you extended periods to enjoy your time off. Your duties will include responding to codes, assisting with ABGs and EKGs using Phillips monitors, and collaborating with a consistent charge nurse and team of nurse aides, EMTs, paramedics, and patient sitters. Epic experience is a must to smoothly navigate the electronic health records. This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives on fast-paced environments and appreciates a mix of routine and complex cases, with the added bonus of a guaranteed orientation shift to help you settle in confidently.
