Job Description:

Join our team in Oakes, North Dakota, for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts on a Medical-Surgical unit. This role offers a chance to refine your skills with assessments, infusion pump management, and medication administration, all within a friendly, collaborative environment. You'll work alongside CNAs and PCTs to ensure patient comfort and safety, while managing respiratory treatments and titratable drips like insulin and Heparin. The unit expects confident nurses comfortable with reading monitors and working independently, especially during night hours when you'll be the key caregiver. This assignment promises a well-rounded experience in a close-knit critical access hospital where everyone pitches in—think of it as a family hospital with a focus on adaptability and teamwork.
