Job Description:

Join a specialized inpatient mental health unit dedicated to adolescents and adults in a hospital setting in Bismarck, ND. This role involves working with patients diagnosed with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other behavioral or personality disorders. You'll have the opportunity to switch between working with pediatric and adult patients, separated by a secure door, providing a varied and engaging experience. The shift is 12-hour days, and you'll be actively involved in patient rounds, de-escalation, and supporting the clinical team in a fast-paced environment that values hands-on, team-oriented care.
