Job Description:

Join a NICU team providing critical support in a multi-space environment where the census often exceeds bed capacity. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts in a bustling neonatal intensive care setting, supporting a high patient volume across three different areas, including a satellite unit. You'll be part of a dedicated team managing 51+ patients, with some days requiring quick adaptation to changing census and operational demands. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a vibrant, fast-paced neonatal unit, with a focus on maintaining patient safety and optimal care during ongoing construction and expansion efforts.
