Job Description:

Join a dedicated step-down unit as a registered nurse in this 34-bed PCU setting. You'll be stepping into a role that involves working in a fast-paced environment with 1:5 patient ratios, utilizing Meditech EMR to coordinate care. Expect to be challenged with a variety of cases and complex patient needs. This assignment offers a unique chance to experience a lively unit where float requirements within your scope of practice keep your skills sharp. Every other weekend work is part of the schedule, and orientation occurs bi-weekly, providing ongoing support as you settle in. Be prepared to bring your KY or compact license and your AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, along with your driver's license. The start date is flexible, and resource residency must be within 75 miles of the facility to be considered.
