Job Description:

Join a vital surgical team as a CVOR Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract where you'll be immersed in complex cardiovascular and vascular cases, including cardiac, thoracic, gynecologic, and general surgery, with some robotics procedures involved. This role requires expertise in scrub and circulate roles, specifically with vascular and hybrid procedures, working in a fast-paced operating room environment. You'll utilize Cerner and PowerChart for charting, ensuring seamless documentation during staggered 10-hour day shifts. Expect to float from the Mainland to the City if needed, with a schedule that combines daytime hours and on-call responsibilities, including weekend and weeknight shifts. Experience with vascular/hybrid cases is essential, along with ACLS and BLS certifications. This assignment offers a unique chance to refine your skills across a variety of surgical specialties while working with a flexible team in a supportive setting.
